I just loaded and tried the “basic meditation” and the “relieve stress and fear” sessions.  Can’t hardly understand what the person is saying.  To be able to use the “extended meditation” you have to pay $1.99 per month. Not something I will use. There are better options out there.

Added Oura Ring integration (beta). The Lifext application receives data from the Oura Ring cloud, for this in the Profile - Connected apps menu, connect.
Fixed a bug, now the change in the target for the activity is remembered. To set a new goal, on the Today screen, press and hold the Activity indicator.
