### 4/5 — Great app ngl

*2026-09-06, version 3.9.5*

I’ve been using this for around a month and it has not failed me by any means, whatsoever. The only thing that was bad was that I can’t find a few specific workouts, but other than that, it’s a great app I would genuinely recommend.

### 4/5 — Great app just need few apple watch optimization

*2026-08-26, version 3.9.5*

The app experience is really great. Plus no adds. But whenever I I finish my workout from the phone, the apple watch keeps on recording the workout as ongoing and I can't find the option to finish it. So I uninstalled the app from from apple watch and have been using only the phone app.

### 4/5 — Great app but…

*2026-08-16, version 3.9.5*

I love this app, it’s great for tracking my progress. However, I wish that it can save different information for alternative workout equipment for example saving the amount of weight for face pulls with dumbbells versus cables separately

### 4/5 — Good

*2026-08-15, version 3.9.5*

It’s great but the only problem is it doesn’t save my previous reps and new weight. Making it
harder to progressive overload

### 5/5 — ❤️

*2026-07-28, version 3.9.5*

Great app

### 3/5 — Can’t Log In

*2026-07-28, version 3.9.5*

Every time I try to open the app, it never loads.

### 4/5 — Decent

*2026-07-28, version 3.9.5*

Every thing tracks well and my only complaints are with the user interface. I wish the rest timer going off was more noticeable than just the little top left corner. I also wish it was easier to choose your work out for the day. It took a little figuring out for me. I do enjoy the tracking and it has a lot of weight exercises. Not as many calisthenics options but you can add them yourself.

### 5/5 — Best custom workout tracker I have tried

*2026-07-22, version 3.9.5*

I love this app. It’s so customizable while also being easy to use.

### 5/5 — Genuinely Great

*2026-07-20, version 3.9.5*

This has helped me track all my workouts I do at the gym and has genuinely made me feel more motivated than ever to do my workouts whilst helping me find new workouts I can do to improve my physique. 10/10 app needs more recognition

### 5/5 — Great app

*2026-07-19, version 3.9.5*

Free to use and has most excercises.
Very simple but effective

### 5/5 — 100% free and easy

*2026-07-15, version 3.9.5*

I’ve been using Lift card for a while now. It makes tracking my workouts significantly easier. And has absolutely no hidden pay walls. It also has constant updates that improve the interface making it more user friendly. Would absolutely recommend!

### 3/5 — Too Many Bugs

*2026-07-15, version 3.9.5*

I like the concept of the app, but there are always some bug issue and it is consistently lagging. Also I followed everything to delete my account because I don’t use it often and the app refuses to let me delete, so it’s not an app I would refer to others.

### 4/5 — Apple Watch bug not fixed

*2026-07-14, version 3.9.5*

I can’t go into my session on my phone because of my watch session. Was working perfect before watch implementation… extremely frustrated
4 stars for now but 5 when this gets fixed.

### 4/5 — Please keep some old features!

*2026-07-12, version 3.9.4*

Went on vacation and cane back to a lot of updates on the app. I was disappointed to see that the sliding left and right feature was replaced because i really loved the color coding as it helps visually. I also hate that if I already started a set, and midway through wanted to switch to unilateral for my last set, I would have to manually go back and edit my previous sets that were not unilateral to make it so that they aren’t tracked. It’s super annoying so all i hope is that the feature gets tweaked so that it doesn’t affect ALLL of the completed sets and just specific ones of my choosing. The sliding left and right feature was perfect 😢

### 3/5 — Stop changing so much!

*2026-07-12, version 3.9.4*

All these updates have made the app buggy!

### 1/5 — I can’t delete my account

*2026-08-27, version 3.9.5*

Hi team. I’ve been attempting to delete my account and it has not allowed me to do so. It seems like the code on the back end is not working properly. The app keeps stating there are missing or insufficient permissions after I have completed the prompts to delete the account. Could you pls help!

### 1/5 — Good concept but poor execution

*2026-08-14, version 3.9.5*

I really wanted to like this app. Compared to other gym apps the design is pleasant and easy to use. However the last few months have been plagued with constant bugs with no effort by the developer to fix them. Unfortunately I simply can’t recommend this app when basic features such as PR tracking and exercise library animations are buggy and not working. 1 star.

### 1/5 — always getting worse

*2026-07-27, version 3.9.5*

this used to be an amazing app to track and keep progress of your lifts now they have overcomplicated it to the max now it’s doesn’t even save your previous progress even when you press the option for it to do so another gripe is that it doesn’t even change the day anymore on your split depending on the day of the week example you make a ppl split monday push and tuesday push simple right instead now what it does it just stays on the first option which in this case would be push a push day for day of the week 🤦this used to be a great app now garbage updates ruined it

### 1/5 — Worst App

*2026-07-19, version 3.9.5*

I never write any review but the fact that I downloaded the app immediately did not like it and tried to delete the account and now it is not letting me is horrendous!

### 1/5 — Buggy as hell

*2026-07-10, version 3.9.4*

Not worth it for the following reasons
- always changing formatting around, making it difficult to use on a consistent basis
- weights constantly being changed from kilos to LBS
- PRs not being tracked

### 1/5 — impossibile to delete account

*2026-07-04, version 3.9.3*

wanted to try this app cause i saw people talking about it on threads. i dont like it so i want to delete my account, but it is impossible! even if i type my password and the confirmation word for that it doesnt work. also there is no support button or whatever.

### 1/5 — New Update sucks

*2026-07-01, version 3.9.2*

I love it when I downloaded it few months ago but the update sucks. It’s confusing and it deleted all my previous weights in my split workouts. Also, they also removed the picture of certain workouts.

### 1/5 — Awful App

*2026-07-01, version 3.9.2*

Do not get this app. The entire point of an app like this is to track progress and weights. I've been using this app for the past year and with all the updates it makes it super difficult to manage and track what my specific exercises are. I've had to basically make every exercise I do into a custom exercise because of each update changing thr exercise selection. This is just a complaint though. The main issue I have with the app
is that it never "remembers" my progress. I could take a break for a week and then I go add an exercise to a workout to find my weight is gone. I've had to guess multiple times what specific weight I've done which is ridiculous considering tracking progress is the entire point of the app. Very disappointed.

### 1/5 — Stop changing the app!

*2026-06-29, version 3.9.2*

Absolutely horrible update. I can’t even log workouts anymore, it’s just stuck on yesterdays workout and will not let me log anything for today. Please reverse this app. Will not be using it anymore until it’s fixed, brutal brutal update. What were you thinking

### 1/5 — Who works out like this?

*2025-03-31, version 3.1.3*

Why can’t I just pre-program all of my workouts so that I can then check off each exercise as I go? I’m not going to add these step-by-step in the middle of my workout. Why is the timer going when I start programming? This feels like a social media app and not an app made by people who actually work out.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Cannot recommend enough

*2026-09-06, version 3.9.5*

Absolute game changer for tracking my progress, best gym app I’ve tried. And MAJOR shoutout to the creator for not locking key features behind a paywall like so many other apps do!!! Can guarantee I’ll be using this for years to come

### 5/5 — Very good

*2026-08-29, version 3.9.5*

Great app, most effectively simple gym tracker I’ve used. I would like to see in a glance what reps/weight I did the last time I did the exercise though.

### 5/5 — Please bring back the nutrition feature

*2026-08-26, version 3.9.5*

The streets hasn’t been the same since 🙏

### 5/5 — Clean

*2026-08-26, version 3.9.5*

Easy to use , just works , no gimmicks

### 5/5 — One of the best gym apps I’ve used

*2026-08-20, version 3.9.5*

Great gym app and unlike others it is completely which surprised me as many other apps demand a subscription for the same features. overall very happy with the app

### 5/5 — Clean, easy, free.

*2026-08-19, version 3.9.5*

Easily the best app for tracking weight and sets. The graphics for each movement and exercise is great. It has helped me with sticking with a routine because it’s that simple to use

### 5/5 — Need Audio

*2026-08-13, version 3.9.5*

I love this app. I use it every day. I just wish the cooldown time had a beep. I would prefer that over constantly looking back to my phone to check the timer.

### 5/5 — Awesome App

*2026-08-10, version 3.9.5*

What a great app my man. I seen your TikTok about it. Good work bro!

### 5/5 — Best tracking app!

*2026-08-08, version 3.9.5*

Never written a review but this app seriously deserved it! Just got back into working out and I was having a difficult time keeping track of how much weight I was lifting. I heard of this app through social media and downloaded it solely for writing down weight I was lifting. Ended up discovering new exercises and helped me create a routine that I can visually see. Seeing the days I’m active and not, helps me stay motivated to keep showing up to the gym. The interface is clean and there’s a small learning curve if you maximize the use of the app. I’ve recommended it to my husband and some friends and they all love it so far.

### 5/5 — First tracker app I’ve stuck with

*2026-08-07, version 3.9.5*

I’ve tried tons of workout tracker apps, this is the best one in my opinion. I’ve been tracking weight with it for 7 months now and making the biggest gains I’ve had in years. Thank you so much for making and continuing to update this app, Joe!
