## What is Lift?

Lift tracks your training and your food, learns your numbers, and tells you what to do next. That last part is what most gym apps leave to you.

The more you use it, the better it knows you: your PRs, your bodyweight, what you eat. That's what makes the trainer worth having. Open the app and ask it to build today's session, tell you what to add, or check a lift, and it already has your context.

A few things other apps don't do:

Progressive overload, automatic. Lift reads your last session and tells you the weight and reps to go for next. No spreadsheet, no guessing.

Workouts from a photo. Snap a progress pic and get a session built around the body you have today.

Your future physique. Physique Lab turns one photo into a realistic preview of where you could be in 3, 6 and 12 months.

Training
- 940+ exercises with how-to instructions
- Routines you build and group into folders
- Warm-up, working, drop, superset and failure sets
- A rest timer that actually goes off between sets
- Full history and a calendar of every session
- Reminders on your training days
- Custom exercises, drag to reorder, and a workout you can minimize and come back to

Food
- Photograph your plate and get the calories and macros back. No scale, no digging through a database.
- Barcodes and nutrition labels scan straight in
- Protein, carbs, fat, fiber, sugar, sodium and water, with a health score on every food
- Save the meals you eat on repeat
- Set calorie and macro goals, and roll leftovers into tomorrow

The basics, done right: a quick setup that tailors your targets, progress photos, bodyweight and BMI over time, and your data synced across devices. Sign in with Apple or email.

Lift Pro
Pro unlocks the AI trainer, unlimited workout generation and food scans, and physique projections. Monthly or yearly, with a 7-day free trial. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store settings.
