## What is Lift?

Lift is a fast, private workout tracker built around the push / pull / legs split.

Open the app, pick Push, Pull, or Legs, and start logging. Lift remembers what
you did last time and suggests your next weight and reps using progressive
overload - so you always know your target without doing the math. Add additional notes or difficulty ratings to help track how you felt. Better analytics soon to follow.
