## What is Lift Monitor?

Lift AIoT Platform is a mobile application developed by Ergatian Limited for smart lift monitoring, operation management and data-driven maintenance support.
The app works with Ergatian’s Lift AIoT system to provide users with convenient access to lift operation status, device information, alarm records and analytical insights through a mobile interface. It is designed for building owners, facility management teams, lift maintenance contractors and technical personnel who need to monitor lift systems more efficiently.
Key features include:
Real-time Lift MonitoringView the operating status of connected lifts, including running status, device connectivity and key monitoring information.
Alarm and Fault NotificationReceive and review alarm records related to abnormal lift operation, device issues or system warnings.
Device Status ManagementCheck the online/offline status of IoT devices, sensors and edge gateways deployed in the lift system.
Data VisualizationAccess visualized lift operation data and historical records to support daily management and maintenance review.
