The quality of the service is very good, and the drivers act professionally. What I don’t appreciate are the constant marketing push notifications that can’t be turned off. If I disable notifications in the system settings, I also won’t receive updates about my ride. I’m considering uninstalling the app. ### 4/5 — Not getting otp *2026-02-20, version 3.42.1* Love to try this app but getting once I enter the number. ### 4/5 — Legit taxi app, but… *2026-01-25, version 3.42.1* It’s the best taxi app for Czechia, the only one where you’re getting professional, licensed drivers that can speak Czech and don’t make you fear for your life. I did adjust my rating one star down because of the incessant irrelevant notifications even when not using the app. The app needs a setting to disable all marketing notifications. ### 3/5 — Useful, but uninstalled - they abuse notifications *2024-03-14, version 3.16.1* I’m not a daily taxi user, but kept the app installed just in case. From time to time, I enjoyed the features, such as reservation with child seat, etc. But recently they started to abuse notifications and send me irrelevant marketing stuff. I don’t want to turn off the notifications, because this is taxi app, I need them. I decided I’ll just uninstall the whole app because of this. Sorry, not sorry. If you guys give me no change than to either suffer through your marketing stuff or have no notifications on, then I use the same logic and just decide that it’s either app installed or not 🤷‍♂️ ### 3/5 — No Apple Pay *2023-10-22, version 3.9.0* To this day, Liftago doesn’t support Apple Pay and that’s basically the whole reason why I am not using it. The sheer inconvenience, let alone questionable security of the facelt that you need to manually add your card and verify it… Nope. Let alone when you have SEVERAL cards. I’ll stick with the competition, sorry. ### 2/5 — App issues *2022-10-30* The app was not very easy to use. At first, I couldn’t put in my credit card information and then my ride was set to cash when I thought I had selected card and there was no way to change it. I also had a discount which I wasn’t able to use since the ride was paid in cash. Than asked for ridiculous amount for cleaning. I'm not pretending to have quick available ride, but I was trying to schedule it like 15 hours before 🙄 disappointing. Do not offer something you are not able to grant at least a couple of hours later. ### 1/5 — Unable to book a taxi on advance *2026-01-14, version 3.42.0* Why am I unable to book a taxi from Prague airport when my flight arrives on the 6th of March? The date selector always jumps to the 21st of January. This app used to allow me to book in advance. ### 1/5 — Not a good choice if you’re a tourist *2025-11-23* Unless you speak check, there’s no point in ordering a theft. They’re unavailable to communicate with you. Liftago ### 1/5 — Xenophobic advertising slogans *2025-05-09, version 3.32.0* Saying “Dont worry the driver speaks Czech and not filthy” is very innapropriate to say in an ad especially in a city with a lot of foreign drivers. It does not offer any benefits than competition, even if they claim otherwise. I am using taxi almost every day and zero problems, if some they are minor and not app specific. They have only certified drivers with a proper license who speak Czech.
