Trainers are really easy to find and communicate with. Very responsive, friendly, and willing to work with your schedule

Really great session with one of the trainers and you can most definitely tell they know where they’re doing. I think this would be the best start for beginners to get into the gym as well, saying this for all my girlie pops. I will continue using this app and different trainers as well to spice up my workouts!!!
