LiftGuard is a calm, always-ready companion for people managing pressure injury prevention. Designed with large touch targets and clear visuals for ease of use, it brings together two essential tools in one app: a customizable pressure relief reminder and a body map for tracking skin health.
PRESSURE RELIEF REMINDERS
Staying on schedule with pressure relief lifts is critical — but easy to lose track of during a full day. LiftGuard keeps you on schedule without making it feel like a chore.
•	Set your reminder interval — every 10, 15, 20, 30, 45 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours
•	A large circular countdown ring shows exactly how long until your next lift
•	The ring turns red and pulses when a lift is overdue
•	One large tap on the green button logs each completed lift instantly
•	Quiet hours keep the app silent while you sleep
•	Today's lift count and goal percentage shown at a glance
•	A 7-day bar chart in History shows your weekly consistency
SKIN CHECK — BODY MAP
Pressure injuries develop gradually. Catching early redness before it becomes a serious wound makes a real difference. LiftGuard gives you a simple body map to track what you see.
•	Front and back body silhouette with all major paraplegic pressure points marked — sacrum, ischials, trochanters, heels, knees, ankles, and more
•	Tap any point to log a new area of concern
•	Four severity levels: Watch, Mild, Moderate, and Severe — with plain-English descriptions
•	Active areas shown in color on the map so you can see at a glance what needs attention
•	Log notes, track how many days each area has been open, and mark areas as resolved
•	A home screen alert badge shows your highest active severity level
HISTORY & TRACKING
•	Full lift log grouped by day with optional notes on each lift
