L’application propose de bloquer notre accès aux réseaux sociaux pour pouvoir se motiver à aller à la salle. Le seul moyen de débloquer nos réseaux étant d’apporter une preuve comme une photo d’haltères. 
J’aime beaucoup aussi le système de progression et récompenses qui est très ludique.
