App will not let me search for exercises. Just says,  “caller does not have permission to execute the specified operation.”

Signed up, the create a routine button does nothing, trying to search for exercises is met with an error in red writing saying I do not have permission to execute. Clicked the support link but the website on IOS doesn’t give any link to support, uninstalled. Looked good in the images but waste of time.

Tried this app. Gave me an error when setting up password using my email so i tried again only for it to say account already exists. But yet it won’t take the password i tried to set up; it gives me an error for that. I can’t make out whether it set up or not.
