## What is Lifting Tracker?

Your notebook. On your phone.

Logbook replaces the physical training notebook that serious lifters carry to the gym. No social feeds. No noise. Just your training — simple, fast, and focused.

BUILT FOR LIFTERS WHO KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING

• Log sets with one tap. Check off completed sets. Edit loads on the fly.
• RPE, RIR and percentage tracking — your choice.
• Rep ranges (6-8) supported natively.
• Notes on every exercise and every session. The context behind the numbers.

BRING ANY PROGRAM

Paste your spreadsheet, type your program in plain words, or import a file. Logbook structures it automatically — mesocycles, weekly progression, deload weeks, whatever you or your coach wrote.

No forms. No configuration screens. Your program, ready in seconds.

TRACK YOUR PROGRESS

• Top set evolution over time
• Estimated 1RM tracking
• Volume analysis
• PR detection — automatic, discrete, no confetti

YOUR DATA, YOUR RULES

• Offline-first. Works without internet.
• iCloud sync across your devices.
• CSV export anytime. Zero lock-in.
• One-time purchase. No subscriptions. No recurring fees.

Logbook is not another workout tracker. It's the notebook you already use — but smarter.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.7.0 — 2026-07-30

- Adjust your session on the fly. Add or remove exercises and sets during an active workout — autoregulate when your body calls for it, without ever changing your saved program.
- Start from scratch. Build a program by hand, exercise by exercise — now offered side by side with pasting or importing a written plan. However you like to start, your first program is one tap away.
- A new in-session menu gathers what you need mid-workout — add an exercise, jump to notes, or open the percentage calculator — all in one place.
- Tell us what you think. Report a bug or suggest a feature right from Settings. We read every message.
- Plus a smoother active session that scrolls cleanly through long set lists, more reliable program import, and a range of fixes and polish across the app.

### 1.6.0 — 2026-06-01

- Logbook now speaks your language. The app is fully localized in English, Portuguese, Spanish, and German, and defaults to your device language. Prefer a different language than your system? Pick one under Settings · Preferences · Language — each option is shown in its native name so it's findable even if you can't read the current app language.
- Plate guidance. Type in a programmed load and Logbook shows you exactly what to load on the bar per side, color-coded by plate weight. A small stepper lets you nudge the load by 2.5 or 5 (kg or lb) without leaving the set. Configure your gym's available plate range in Preferences — separate ranges for kg and lb.
- Notebook menu. The home screen now lives on a notebook-style page. Tap the menu icon to slide the page aside and reveal History, Programs, Progress, and Settings. Built for one-handed use mid-session.

### 1.5.0 — 2026-05-21

- Build real multi-week programs. Logbook now understands Program Weeks, so imported or saved programs can change exercises, sets, reps, and loads week by week.
- Review and edit one Program Week at a time, choose the week you want to train from Today, and see Program Week context later in History.
- New in-session tools: a quick percentage calculator, optional warm-up checks, and cleaner Preferences for units and session tools.
- Also included: better CSV export, clearer account fallback text, improved PR markers, and general polish across program and session screens.

### 1.4.0 — 2026-05-11

- Resume your workout. If the app gets force-quit mid-session, you'll be asked to resume or discard when you reopen — no more lost workouts.
- Delete sessions from History. Long-press any session to remove it. Charts and PRs update automatically to reflect what's left.
- Smoother launch. Fixed a flash of the paywall on app open for users who already have a license, plus better feedback when restoring purchases.
- Many under-the-hood improvements to keep the app fast and reliable as it grows.

### 1.3.0 — 2026-05-05

- New branded startup experience with smoother app launch.
- Improved onboarding and sign-in flow for new vs returning users.
- More reliable paywall and license handling.
- Better access-check messaging with retry option in Profile.
- Fixes for PR badge behavior and workout rotation progression.
- iCloud sync reliability improvements.
