## What is LiftLedjer?

LiftLedjer is the straightforward workout tracker built for lifters who want to focus on progress, not paperwork. Log your exercises, track your sets, and watch your personal records climb — all without creating an account or sending your data anywhere.

TRACK EVERY SESSION
Log any exercise with as many sets as you need. Record reps and weight for each set, adjust the date and time, and build a complete history of every session you've ever done.

SEE YOUR PROGRESS
Every exercise gets its own progress chart. Toggle between average weight per session and average reps per session to see exactly how you're trending over time. Your personal best is always front and centre.

### 5/5 — Finally a tracker that stays out of the way

*2026-07-20*

I've bounced between a bunch of workout apps and always quit because they wanted an account, a subscription, and half my attention between sets. LiftLedjer just lets me open it, log the set, and put my phone down. The autocomplete remembers every exercise I've done so entry is quick, and the per-exercise progress charts make it easy to see whether I'm actually moving up. Love that everything stays on my phone with no sign-up and no tracking. Exactly what I wanted, a record and not a chore.

### 5/5 — Simple yet effective

*2026-04-09*

This app is exactly what I was looking for. Simple and straight forward. No complicated bloat.

### 5/5 — Track Your Gains the Right Way

*2026-04-09*

I’ve tried a few workout tracking apps, but Lift Ledger really stands out. It’s straightforward, fast, and actually built for people who take weight training seriously. Logging sets and reps feels effortless, and the interface doesn’t get in your way while you’re in the middle of a workout.

What I like most is how easy it is to track progress over time. Seeing strength improvements clearly laid out keeps me motivated and consistent. It also helps me push a little harder each session because I know exactly what I did last time.

If you’re into lifting and want a no-nonsense way to stay on top of your progress, Lift Ledger is a solid choice. It does exactly what you need without overcomplicating things.

Detail screen (per-exercise)
