## What is LiftLog?

LiftLog is the workout tracker built for people who actually lift. Log every set, visualize muscle recovery, and see your strength progress—all in one fast, simple gym log.

Whether you follow Push/Pull/Legs, Upper/Lower, bodybuilding, powerlifting, strength training, or your own custom routine, LiftLog helps you track your workouts without unnecessary clutter.

WHY LIFTERS USE LIFTLOG

• FAST WORKOUT LOGGING

Log exercises, sets, reps, and weight in seconds. Your previous performance stays visible so you always know what you did last time and what to aim for next.

• MUSCLE RECOVERY MAP

Visualize your recent training on a full-body muscle map. LiftLog uses your workouts and training volume to show which muscle groups have been trained recently and which may be more recovered.

• STRENGTH & PROGRESS TRACKING

Track estimated 1RM, weight progression, training volume, personal records, and workout trends over time. See how your lifts are changing from week to week.

• SMART REST TIMER

Your rest timer can start automatically after each completed set and alert you when it is time to lift again—even while your phone is locked.

• AUTO-PROGRESSION

Get suggested weights based on your recent performance to help you progressively increase your training over time.

• BUILD CUSTOM WORKOUT ROUTINES

Create and save Push/Pull/Legs, Upper/Lower, full-body workouts, bodybuilding splits, strength routines, or completely custom workouts. Start any saved routine with a tap.

### 5/5 — Best New Workout Tracker!

*2026-07-29*

I’ve tried a few workout tracking apps, and LiftLog has quickly become my favorite. It’s super easy to use, and logging workouts only takes a few seconds, so I can stay focused on lifting instead of scrolling on TikTok or Instagram. The rest timer, progress tracking and recovery map are all really helpful, and I like being able to save my workouts and see how I’m improving over time. The exercise library has pretty much everything I need. Overall, it’s a great app that makes tracking workouts simple and actually enjoyable. Definitely recommend it!!
