## What is Liftly Duels?

Liftly turns your Oura Ring into a daily competition with the people who keep you honest.

Every morning, Liftly picks a metric — sleep, steps, readiness, activity, resting heart rate, or stress — and pits you against your crew in a head-to-head "duel." Whoever's body wins the day takes the trophy. Tomorrow brings a new metric and a new fight.

HOW IT WORKS
• Connect your Oura Ring in seconds
• Create or join a crew of friends
• Wake up to a fresh daily duel
• Check the leaderboard to see who's on top
• Rack up trophies and crown a weekly champion

WHY LIFTLY
Most health apps are charts you scroll past alone. Liftly makes recovery and activity social — the accountability of friends, the pull of a leaderboard, and a real reason
to care about last night's sleep score.

FEATURES
• Daily duels across six Oura metrics
• Real-time crew leaderboards
• A trophy case and win streaks for every player
• Weekly champion crowns
• Notifications when a duel starts, when you're caught, and when you win
• A clean, fast, fight-night-inspired design

REQUIREMENTS
Liftly requires an Oura Ring and an Oura account. After a quick, secure connection, your daily metrics sync automatically — no manual logging.

PRIVACY
Your health data is used only to score your duels and is never sold. You can disconnect Oura or delete your account and all associated data at any time, right from the app.

Round up your crew. May the best body win.
