They offered me a $50 annual rate, so I accepted. Expensive but more reasonable. They charged me for BOTH! $100 charge renews ~aug 15 next year, while the $50 charge renews ~aug 19 of next year. Sent an email but no response. What a shame. I expect prompt responses and more transparency when it comes to expensive products like this. In terms of the app, however. My only qualms is that performance is slow, and I wish it could be easier/more accessible to view your past workouts. Where it not for this fiasco I would have rated this app 4 stars or higher. All of a sudden I have the motivation to work out the motivation to put that extra rapid and the motivation to hit the gym.
