## What is Liftris?

Liftris is a feature-rich workout logging app focused on letting you log the way you want to.

Liftris supports features like custom app themes, scheduled training blocks, slider and increment weights, half reps, and deep insights easily accessible without having to dig through menus.

Designed to be a blank canvas, Liftris lets you log the way you want without worrying about formatting.

Liftris - Release 8
Very small update here, but this is paving the way for a large re-write that I'm starting work on.
- Bug Fixes
    - Clicking up/down while at either end of your schedule will now wrap around to the other end.
    - Fixed weight fields on sets with sliders having very small hitboxes.
- Misc
    - Reordered some menus for consistency.
    - Liftris now runs on React Native 0.69.5 (nice) and React 18, and I am beginning a transition to TypeScript.
