Does not work with my can am roof system!!

It would be great if it actually worked I have three lights running together it will never connect to all three when I finally get it to I go to turn lights off in the morning and they won’t be there constantly disconnecting I have no control I will set my lights to go on at 7 PM at night and off at 6 o’clock in the morning and they will run all day and I can’t control them through the app on my phone because it refuses to connect or  can’t find said device!! my husband took a lot of time to hang these lights up around our deck for them to not work this app really needs to be fixed or people need to stop selling junk

It was working well till one day the remote stopped working the app was working till I switched the roof off when the roof got switched back on the lights would not pair and it is stuck on the last mode I picked and it will not pair no matter what I have done I have tried to pair the remote on it’s own I have deleted the app and reinstalled it but it will not come up on my Bluetooth list need help 
This was a £3000 roof that will not work and I have read endless posts with 100s of people with the same issue

FlexFire lights are quality but they are hurting their brand using this garbage. I won’t buy again unless this is fixed.

Whenever I try to change the scene, I have to remove the app and disconnect the lights from the power source for a minute or two before it reconnects.

I broke my Rm12 remote and i downloaded the app there's no proper instructions on how to connect the led lights to the app, and i don't even know if the app can support the Rm12

Biggest problem with this app is that it does not maintain a connection to the controller, so you have to constantly close, open and re-connect to operate the lights.

With the new iOS the App crashes if it connects to a device.

Decent app and does the job. It could be more intuitive and user friendly. It needs some UX love. I’d also like to be able to name the light groups. I have a fairly complex system with four zones and a lot of controllers.
