## What is Light + Building Navigator?

The Navigator-App is the official guide for visitors of Messe Frankfurt’s Light + Building exhibition.

It contains all the official information of the organizer.



The app offers the following features:



Exhibitors: search for companies and products, filter and sort functions available, also find contact persons ad exhibitor events. Add Photos and Notes to an exhibitor and share them.

Connect!: Get in contact with further fair attendees. Filter for relevant new business partners and contact them directly.

Fairground: floor plan with booth details. Find your favorites within the hall plan with the quick finder.

Events: everything that’s happening during the show like special exhibits, conventions etc. Add them to your personal calendar or add them to your personal watchlist. Add Photos and Notes to an event and share them.

News: with press releases and social-media-channels

Favorites: your favorite companies and events at a glance, synchronize your favorite exhibitors from our online customer center (requires Messe-Login)

Scanner: scan functionality for QR-codes, scan QR-Codes on the visitor badges and import this data in your contacts

Nearby: over the air downloads and videos from exhibitors you passed by (BT required)

My Downloads: all downloads from the exhibitor search and from “Nearby” in one place

The app menu allows you to customise your settings regarding the app tracking, find opening times and further information on travelling to Messe Frankfurt, as well as privacy policy and terms of use.

Please note that some features might be deactivated temporarily.

The Navigator App is available for Apple-Products (iPhone, iPod touch, iPad) at the App Store as a free App.

Es werden die Aussteller aus der Merkliste von der letzten Messe zwar übernommen, aber nicht für die neue aktiv mit Standort und Infos dargestellt.

Es wäre sehr toll wenn man wie mit Google Maps durchs Gebäude laufen könnte; Ziel eingeben und los geht’s.

Ich habe mich z.B verlaufen und wusste nicht mehr wo der Ausgang ist.

die App ist gut, übersichtlich und intuitiv zu bedienen und der Hallenplan ist prima umgesetzt.  Ein Beispiel für andere Messeveranstalter. Warum dennoch keine 5 Sterne?
Die App schickt ungefragt mehrfach tgl. Infos die ich nicht haben will. Einige würde ich wollen - die meisten nicht, aber ich kann auch nicht auswählen welche Art von Infos ich haben will. Das sollte in einem Update eingebaut werden.

Zu den Nachrichten: Sie müssen der Zustellung von Pushnachrichten aktiv zugestimmt haben, sonst würden Sie sie nicht erhalten: Sie können die Zustellung der Nachrichten in den Einstellungen deaktivieren, eine selektive Zustimmung ist aber nicht möglich und auch bei anderen Apps nicht unbedingt üblich. Have used the app in the past just getting ready for the show early 2024 and it will not accept my log in, the log in works on line and even after re-setting through the app can not signe in this is both on iPad and iPhone.
