## What is Light Rider Classic?

Light Rider lets you control your DMX lights without needing to program anything. Choose from over 15,000 lighting fixtures and once added, they will bounce, chase, ride, sparkle and perform a light show like you’ve never seen before!

Built on over 25 years of DMX lighting control experience, Light Rider finally puts a great light show into the hands of a working DJ, who might not have the time to spend hours programming scenes before a show. Carefully crafted by Light Rider’s developers and DJs - Move FX are on the left, Color FX on the right, Flash FX in the middle and presets along the bottom. Ride your FX live with the speed, fade, fan, size and shift controls. Sync with the music using Beat Tap and  audio Pulse analysis* (available soon).

Light Rider supports 1 DMX universe (512 channels) with iPad via WiFi. To connect the app with your lights, you can use:
-Any Nicolaudie Group Ethernet - DMX interface (e.g. Sunlite Suite2-FC, Daslight DVC4-GZM)
-Any Art-Net device (In-App purchase)
-Our brand new Light Rider Wi-Fi DMX interface

L’appli est très bien faite, très pratique. Le seul problème pour moi c’est qu’on ne peut pas faire de fade ou cross fade entre chaque Preset…. Donc quand je l’utilise pour des concerts, le changement d’état lumineux (preset) est trop brusque, donc inutilisable.
Une mise à jour serait la bienvenue. Merci par avance.

I have an outdated iPad, this app has worked flawless with all of my China lights with no crashes.  I love how I can use it with a router to get further distance to the lights.

Ich habe die App viele Jahre erfolgreich genutzt und fand sie super. Ich hatte auch die Art-Net Lifetime Lizenz. Leider lässt diese sich jetzt nicht mehr wiederherstellen. Es wird „Verbindung zum Store wird hergestellt“ angezeigt, dann passiert nichts mehr. Support-Ticket könnte nicht helfen. Leider ist die App damit für mich nutzlos geworden.

É sicuramente ben fatta!uso questa app con una showtec net 2/3 e devo dire che risponde bene ai comandi. Carica in un lampo i Progetti,molto semplice ed intuitiva. Per non parlare del bellissimo Wi-Fi.Spero si continui nello sviluppo e di aver investito bene comprando artnet. Il “soddisfatto ma”.... Riscrivo e continuo dopo due anni. Io personalmente non capisco perché non aggiungete (sviluppatori) un tasto record per permetterci ti poter personalizzare le scene in tutto e per tutto. Cioè voglio dire, non è possibile che sul droide esiste un’ app che gestisce sia arthnet e tutto il resto come se nulla fosse. L ho pagata 3€ e mi fa il lavoro al pari della grandMA. 3€ euro ragazzi! Voi ne chiedete 150 di € e non siamo liberi di dar sfogo alla nostra fantasia e/o esigenze .Se non ci credete controllate voi stessi. Gplay e cercate arthnet. Si è vero questa app è in continuo aggiornamento e non c’è da sbattersi tanto per far andare due luci…ma rimane sempre limitata a ciò che costruite voi. Noi non abbiamo nessun potere di modifica.

Ich würde die App gerne bei Live-Auftritten verwenden, dazu müsste sie aber im Hintergrund weiterlaufen, da ich im Vordergrund ein Notenprogramm haben muss. Andere Apps (z.B. BIAS FX etc.) können das, da gibt es eine Setup- Einstellung für Background Mode.

Seit dem neuen Update vor ca nem Monat, kann ich leider keine Presets mehr speichern!!! Das ist ein Riesen Problem! Wenn man lange auf dem gewünschten Preset drauf bleibt, erscheint das Pop Up Fenster nicht mehr! Bitte um Update!!!
