Or ones that literally don’t present the best options based on the criteria I gave them. And I get it - rightfully so, those locators want to show their prospects/clients the options that pay out the highest. However, Lighthouse goes to bat for you as their client to find an apartment that fits the perimeters you tell them - and then —- they pay you some of their commission. They invest in your loyalty and trust to their company. I really love their concierge approach and the cash back feature is a cherry on top. I tell EVERYBODY I know who rents about this amazing company. The business model really puts customers first and their mission is unmatched.
