I was not offered a full refund only partial product was never used. I was told to keep the product and they only refunded me a few dollars. One was about 17 items… all midi dresses same style. I ordered xl and all turned out to be size small. I checked my order for dress, material and colour. I did not immediately check the size as I knew what size I am. When I went to wear one I realized it was the wrong size…as were most of the others. In another case it was 3 midi dresses. In that style my size was xxl. All from the same selection just different colours. One fit and seemed to be a heavily sized cotton, another seemed the same material but even though bag marked xxl it fit much larger and longer. The 3rd colour was marked xxl but was huge… a midi that dragged on the ground and was a shiny, slippery polyester like fabric.
