## What is Lightly?

Lightly is a guilt-free micro-habit app for weight loss. No pressure, no punishment, no streak-shaming — just small 30-second to 2-minute habits that gently build a healthier routine.

Three small things a day, covering the weight-loss triangle:
Squat 30 reps — too much? Shrink it to 3, and it still counts.
Drink 8 cups — tap +1 for every cup, easy and guilt-free.
Early to bed / early to rise — pick your own time, and adjust it later.

Core features:
 1. One-tap check-in — no photos, no numbers, no forms, just one tap.
 2. Shrinkable goals — shrink your goal anytime; finishing it still counts.
 3. Rest days don't break streaks — mark a rest day without losing your streak.
 4. Zero punishment — miss a day? "Come back tomorrow", never "you failed."
 5. Water cup progress — each habit fills the cup a little; a full cup brings a small celebration.
 6. Gentle reminders — one local notification a day, never judgmental.
 7. Steps as reference — health data is read locally and never uploaded or shared.
