## What is Lightning Catcher?

A lightning flash lasts milliseconds — far too fast for the shutter button. Lightning Catcher turns the problem around: the camera runs continuously, keeps the last frames in memory, and when the sky lights up, it reaches back in time and saves the moment that already happened.

HOW IT WORKS
• Put your phone on a tripod and point it at the storm
• Arm the trigger; it adapts automatically, or optionally set a fixed sensitivity on the live energy column
• The app measures the brightness of every frame — a sudden jump means lightning
• Frames from before, during and after the flash are saved, and the highest-contrast frame is marked as your Best Shot

FEATURES
• Auto calibration: the trigger threshold adapts to your sky and locks in after the first hits
• Robust trigger mode for city light and busy scenes
• Exposure control with true hardware EV where available
• 5–15 frames per strike, saved in order
• Gallery with best-shot filter, full-screen viewer, save & share
• No account required

FREE TO USE
Every capture is available in full quality, with no in-app purchases, subscriptions, paywall, or feature lock.

Storms don't wait. Be ready before the next one.
