As of the latest iOS version when open the app it is just a solid black screen. ### 1/5 — Good luck ! 🤬 *2019-12-11* If you can get them to Bluetooth to your device... it might work I have been trying for days to get the icon to light up so I can control the functions... Bluetooth says it’s connected on my phone but it will not show up for me to choose it to control... worst most time wasting product to date extreme disappointment ### 1/5 — Great lights horrible app *2019-11-21* I have looked at these lights for years and finally purchased some this year. I had trouble with connectivity inside. Could not get Bluetooth to connect inside! Got Wifi to work but poorly. Against my better judgement I put then on the house and found the length of the lights is misleading, mine measured to only about 38 feet (not the43 feet claimed on the package). Bluetooth would not work outside and WiFi only worked from a foot or so away, sometimes. I spent most of my time watching the thing try to connect and fail. Why do they not fix the app? It’s connected to the Bluetooth but it won’t pick up other themes except 1. The point was to be able to change the themes. Went to use again and 1 set of my string lights will not sync and does not show up in Bluetooth. 5 new versions in 10 minutes. ### 2/5 — Great when it works. *2018-12-02* The colors are great and it’s fun to play with but I have 4 strands and it usually will only connect to 3 of them. Very frustrating to mess around with to get that 4th one to finally connect. Even when it does I have maybe 30 seconds to change the color and I lose the connection again. ### 2/5 — A little disappointed *2017-11-23* FAQ says we can change the colors in the groups. APP doesn’t support it. I called customer support. They were aware of the misleading information. I am returning the product. Easy to change colors, themes, and effects, as well as turn on and off from my phone.
