### 5/5 — Buyers remorse

*2026-04-03*

It would be nice to have to not be in the application for the flashlight to stay on and just have the timer turn it off in the background.. live activity maybe?

Update: didn’t realize this was an iOS limitation my fault Dev👍🏾

**Developer response:** Hi there I am so sorry you feel that way! I tried and tried to find a workaround, however it is a known limitation by Apple because the flashlight is tied to the camera system and so 3rd party apps cannot access it in the background for privacy reasons. My attempt to compensate was adding the notice saying screen stays on during duration. Open to other ideas, but no, sadly, not possible to have the app run in the background my apologies.

Edit: Thank you so much I really appreciate your update!

### 3/5 — Buyers remorse

### 5/5 — Worth Buying

*2026-03-19*

Even though I have other flashlight apps, I’m so glad I got this. It’s the only one I use now. I love that the controls stay on in an active window while I use the flashlight. I dragged the icon onto my lock screen so it’s super handy. The timer is the winning feature. Works great. Love it!

### 5/5 — Top notch

*2026-03-12*

This is the only flashlight I use.
It’s easy to use and always ready.
Truly is Top notch.

### 5/5 — Just what I needed

*2026-03-11*

This is one of those apps you didn’t know you needed until you have it. It’s the perfect “set it and forget it” tool, especially because I have a bad habit of turning the flashlight on and forgetting about it. Now I don't have to worry about accidentally leaving the light on and killing my battery. The interface is clean and doesn't overcomplicate things. It works simply and does exactly what it is supposed to do.

### 5/5 — Great for projects!

*2026-03-11*

From someone who frequently turns on their flashlight and then forgets to turn it off, this app is great! Perfect for doing hands-free projects when you need light but don’t want to have to stop what you are doing to get your phone and turn off the light so that your battery doesn’t die.
