Good app for the most part, but the inability to look up an order number when receiving items is frustrating. It leaves us scrolling through every single order to find the appropriate one to scan.

It’s great for using for the first time. The only problem I run into while scanning products is that I have to scroll up every single time. It would be nice to have the camera option for each individual item. Just would make it 10x easier. Thank !

Has most of the features I’m looking for, but it would be great if you could take a product picture to add to existing inventory rather than just new inventory. Sometimes when a new product is ordered the first time you get a chance to see it for real is when you are receiving it, so grab a quick pic there and add it to the inventory as you go.
Other than that can’t grumble!

Signed up, and I’m getting out. Nothing but issues. Took me 6 hours to reach customer service. Their excuse was I’m they had a huge outtage. Run away!

This app does not work well for us.  It can’t recognize many bar codes that our USB scanner has no issues with.  So far it is too unreliable to be anywhere approaching effective.

We were having a few issues with iOS16 and larger iPhones (iPhone Max models). We are hoping these issues are now fixed so hopefully you see better performance. Thanks again

Would be a lot nicer if we had the available product quantity when manually searching for a sku (on the same line as the image and sku).  So if we are looking in a list of variant, it would show directly all the quantities for each one instead of having to open them one after the other (especially problematic as the researched sku ALWAYS disappears after opening a product info!!)
