Mais … Nous sommes en 2026, et contrairement au pass Navigo, cette appli ne permet PAS d’utiliser son téléphone pour remplacer une carte. Ce qui oblige de toute manière à l’achat d’une carte plastique. Résultat : les pauvres touristes qui arrivent à l’aéroport sont obligés de payer un pass à 10€, là où ils pourraient acheter un e-billet sur leur téléphone - la ligne 2 du tram a une tarification standard, contrairement à la RATP (un bon point) … sauf pour les touristes, qui logiquement, descendent 2 arrêts plus loin pour acheter cette carte plastique et éviter une surtarification (et ils ont bien raison !) ### 3/5 — Inutilisable sur IPhone 12 mini *2026-03-14* L’application est bien et pratique pour recharger sa carte rapidement le problème c’est que je ne peux pas lire ma carte avec mon IPhone 12 mini je suis obligé d’utiliser le téléphone de mon conjoint ou mon ancien iPhone 7 ### 2/5 — Dysfunctional for topping up *2025-11-12* I have to fight with this app for an hour every time I try to top up my card. L’application permet de recharger sa carte de transport directement depuis son téléphone, ce qui est une excellente idée. Malheureusement, après avoir effectué un rechargement de mon abonnement annuel via l’application, la borne du tram n’a pas reconnu la recharge. Résultat : impossible de valider mon titre de transport. C’est particulièrement frustrant, car on fait confiance à l’application pour éviter de passer par les boutique physiques, et au final on se retrouve bloqué au moment de voyager.
