Unfortunately, some of the Ligo Live managers have been transferring my agency’s earnings to treasurers without my permission or approval. These actions have caused major problems for me in receiving my rightful payments and have seriously affected my trust in the system. I respectfully request the following: 1. A full investigation into this issue. 2. That all future payments related to my agency be made only to accounts explicitly approved by me as the agency owner. 3. That the managers who authorized these unauthorized transactions be held accountable for their actions. If this issue is not addressed promptly, I will be forced to escalate the matter through social media, public channels, and potentially legal steps. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your response.
