Again, would absolutely not recommend. Amazon cannot offer refund also due to being over 30 days (which is expected). This feeder stopped working after less than a year. We changed the batteries, tried plugging it in other outlets but it just randomly shut off and won’t turn back on from any outlet or with only batteries in. The app was also very unreliable. It would randomly stop working, would not feed my pets or would shut off completely and not reopen for a while. This app is absolutely awful.
