The burgers came with no patties in them. I requested for a refund. Their agent(Joanna) told me there are not able to make a refund because decisions by restaurants and delivery services are final. Basically was told by customer service I was refused a refund on my missing drink which should of been resolved that day. Will not use this app again. Just download the actual food delivery apps instead of this app! **Developer response:** We are very sorry to hear about what you have experienced. Liifer is a free of charge intermediary service that finds the various 3rd party delivery services available in your area and picks the cheapest one for your order and sends your order to that delivery service (sometimes free delivery). Though Liifer does everything in its powers to ensure customer satisfaction, Liifer has no control on the way the restaurant prepares the order nor the way the delivery service delivers the order.
