The burgers came with no patties in them. I requested for a refund. Their agent(Joanna) told me there are not able to make a refund because decisions by restaurants and delivery services are final. They provide the worst customer service. ### 1/5 — Bugged *2024-05-27* Not allowing me to place an order at the bottom of order placement the add item button isn’t working it’s greyed out with everything required checked already **Developer response:** Sorry to see you've experienced some difficulties in the meal customization section. Though we identically reflect the customization menu selections offered by the restaurants, we are aware that some of the detailed customization options offered by the restaurants are rather complex. But the majority are straightforward. In any case, in order for this not to take too much time while you game, we have created the MyMeals page which allows you to do your meal prep ahead of time for up to 10 favorite meals. ### 1/5 — Horrible app and bad customer service *2024-05-10* Ordered some food and my order was missing a drink so I got ahold of customer service and they told me they would get back with me and I waited over a week until I had to reach back out. Basically was told by customer service I was refused a refund on my missing drink which should of been resolved that day. Will not use this app again. Just download the actual food delivery apps instead of this app! **Developer response:** We are very sorry to hear about what you have experienced. Liifer is a free of charge intermediary service that finds the various 3rd party delivery services available in your area and picks the cheapest one for your order and sends your order to that delivery service (sometimes free delivery). Though Liifer does everything in its powers to ensure customer satisfaction, Liifer has no control on the way the restaurant prepares the order nor the way the delivery service delivers the order. Our support team can communicate with the restaurant and/or the delivery service to ask for a reimbursement (total or partial) but we have no control if such reimbursement is refused by these instances for whatever reason. ### 1/5 — Worst Delivery Service *2024-03-18* Placed my first order, it went thru Uber eats. The food was either delivered to the wrong address or stolen by the driver. I contacted support and they said they’d look into it, wouldn’t provide a replacement order or a refund. I kept asking what I should do, and Vicky kept ending the chat. Their phone numbers don’t work either. Don’t use liifer, and if you have to, find out what’s the cheapest on their app, then place it somewhere else that actually has customer service **Developer response:** We are very sorry to hear about what you have experienced.
