Taxa dupa taxa…de preluare, de infoliere, de transmitere, taxa de frig, taxa de plictiseala. Am cumparat de vreo 2-3 ori la inceputul serviciului cand aveati discounturi si preturi ok. Это просто ужас из ужасов. Самые настоящие мошенники. И на них в чате работают скорее всего украинцы. Рекомендую Liki24!!!!! **Developer response:** Дякуємо за довіру та чудові слова про наш сервіс! ### 1/5 — Не раджу, Їм вигода дорожче клієнта. *2025-10-29, version 1.1.29* Не тощо 1 зірочка, а мінус 3 зірочки. 28 жовтня замовив ліки онлайн, на цьому «популярному» сайті, для операції яку хотіли провести у 18ій лікарні м.Киів у гінекології. Але після передумали і вирішили провести операцію у іншій клініці, тому що «попросили» грошей крім ліків і засобів для операції, все крім наркозу і світла. Ліки які ми замовили вже стали не потрібні тому що змінили клініку, і ми їх ще і не получили бо доставка мусила бути пізніше, попросили повернути кошти але нам категорично відмовили. Звʼязатись вже по телефону не виходило і перекинули на месенжер. Там мороз, відмазки і відмови. Якби не була така екстрена і термінова ситуація. Ніколи не будемо їхніми клієнтами. Бо я не купую ліки кожен день, а мені 4и рази на тиждень приходить якийсь push чи то з акцією чи то з промо кодом. J’ai payé pour une crème qui n’est jamais arrivée. Non seulement la livraison n’a pas respecté les délais annoncés, mais je n’ai tout simplement jamais reçu le produit. Après deux mois, le service client m’a contactée pour m’informer qu’aucun remboursement ne serait effectué. Au lieu de cela, on m’a demandé de payer à nouveau les frais d’expédition si je souhaitais recevoir le produit. Je vous conseille de vous tourner vers un autre vendeur afin d’éviter de vous retrouver dans la même situation. Справжня дата це 20 днів. І в підтримці так і кажуть що дата доставки 20 днів, все інше то «декор» на сайті. ### 1/5 — Produs lipsă *2026-02-19, version 1.1.42* O experiență foarte neplăcută. Am comandat două produse, am primit un termen de livrare, iar când am văzut în aplicație că se apropie termenul de livrare și coletul nu mai apare, le-am scris pe whatsapp. M-au informat că mai durează și am așteptat. În afară că am așteptat mai mult decât termenul anunțat, am primit coletul cu un produs, nu două așa cum era comanda și cum am plătit. Am încercat să iau legătura pe whatsapp din nou cu ei, dar la un moment dat nu mi-au mai răspuns la mesaje și nu au mai dat niciun semn. Спочатку я чекала максимально 20 днів на комплектацію, тепер я чекаю коли передадуть перевізнику вже 7 днів. І ліміту немає!!! На сьогоднішній день аспіратор дитячий відомого виробника в пошуку за 155 грн. На сторінці товару пише «з Ліки 24 ви заощаджуєте 421 грн». Чудова пропозиція, якби не одне «але». Коли додаси товар до кошика, виявиться, що середня ціна в аптеці вже 577, а коли вибираєш будь-який варіант доставки, ціна стає 711. В пошуку такої «щедрої» аптеки, що поставила таку ціну не було знайдено. Може, погано шукав. На сторінці товару немає жодної інформації, як скористатися акційною пропозицію (якщо вона справжня).
