## What is Liko?

Liko is a minimal calorie and macro tracker built around the food you actually eat.

Take or choose a meal photo and Liko produces an AI-assisted estimate of calories, protein, carbohydrates and fat. Review the result, adjust the portion and confirm it in a few taps. You can also search common foods, create your own foods or log a meal from text.

Stay focused with:

- A clear daily calories-remaining ring
- Protein, carbohydrate and fat progress
- Meals grouped by breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks
- Weight logging and seven-day trend views
- Weekly nutrition summaries
- Logging streaks and adherence history
- Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets
- A Log Food Photo shortcut for the Action Button

Liko includes Asian and Australian staples that generic calorie trackers often miss. Every AI result is an estimate and remains editable before you save it.

Liko is intended for general wellness and informational use. It is not medical advice and should not be used to diagnose or treat a health condition.
