Also to mention I’ve seen several ads where you have people saying that you don’t have to pay to message these people you meet yet that’s how the app is set up. And I think it's more than a dating app. Though not of them are seriously looking for the relationship, I still met some interesting people. It's really relaxed to talk with them even though we are strangers. I worked far away from my hometown and it is too busy to meet friends after work. This is a clear violation of trust and integrity, and it is unacceptable for an app to engage in such deceptive practices. Furthermore, I am appalled to learn that the likU app is being used as a platform for individuals to sell pornography content for money. This type of content is not only morally objectionable but also illegal and should not be allowed on the Apple Store platform. It is highly concerning that an app like likU is promoting and profiting from such explicit content. ### 1/5 — Don't download *2024-04-01* The ideal approach for the App Store is to completely prohibit the use of this app due to its high prevalence of deceptive accounts and individuals trying to scam others. It is not a suitable app for men as they are obligated to pay for sending messages, in addition to being required to gift someone before engaging in a meaningful conversation. Moreover, when an account claims it is verified, it becomes evident that after a brief exchange of messages, one is conversing with a bot. Now my intention is to put in effort to have this app eliminated from the App Store. ### 1/5 — Scam of an App *2024-02-02* This app is basically a scam towards men. Heavily marketed to men as some kind of a dating app. Marketed to women as a way to make money while talking to men. you’ll actively get women reaching out, then you’ll get them trying to sell you naughty photos, or if not, they’ll see engaged in the conversation but it’s because they get paid as you talk to them. Then the stupid app wants you to buy more gyms to be able to talk to more girls or continue talking to them. if you wanna monetize, dating apps, whatever, generally the man that’s paying anyways. but this is heavily incentivizing, a para-social relationship or the women are in incentivize to keep the conversation going only for financial reasons. Also has zero location aspects to it that I found but I’m not digging any deeper so ### 1/5 — Where do I begin *2024-01-29* Every app needs to make make money. No one wants to do things for free, but this is some shady shozzle. Everything is true about the bad reviews. On top that there are accounts of girls who’s picture isn’t them AND they are verified. So on top of bots you have to deal with catfishes the app helps provide. The girls get paid to chat with you so nothing in the app is genuine. If you’re lonely and poor I don’t recommend downloading it. You will feel worse. If you are looking to waste time and pretend girls are interested in you this is your app. ### 1/5 — This app let me tell you *2024-01-04* First let me start with, you have to purchase gems to send messages. So there’s that and you start having a conversation thinking they might be local. Turns they are states away. Even tho you have option to choose how far you want it it go, you really don’t know and spend gems to find out where they are from. I found this app a waste of time. If there was a way to find out where people were from before spending money, it wouldn’t be a. I would say liku meet all the needs that the users want. Just try it. Just like the normal swiping and profiles displaying, and they will recọmmend someone to your WHO LIKE ME page. You can feel free to talk or not talk with the people in your list. It is so flexible. And you can post the pictures like you in insta. It just cọmbine so many different features for users to have fun. I spend 3 or 4 hours a day in the app and never get tired of it . Someone recọmmended me to use this one and I just found it is really good. I can always find the real user. They will point out the real user by the verified icons! Every message you sent would get the replies. If you meet the fake accounts, you can just report them and you will no longer meet them again.
