The demo was easy, yet challenging at the same time. The full game is just difficult and annoying for absolutely no reason. Some of the jumps are almost impossible and take about 5 try’s. So far I am very disappointed to say the least. I was going in very exited but I’ve just been let down. Not to mention when I first updated I was stuck on the gym and couldn’t move, I then had to delete the app entirely and re-download it again lol. The game is really buggy and a lot of the mechanics seems like they don’t work all the way. Jumping is really hard to get right so it’s difficult to get through the level. Soundtrack is really cool though ### 2/5 — A lot of potential *2019-05-27* The game looks fantastic and the sprites are really nice. The 8 bit versions of Kanye tunes is killer as well. The only reason for my 2 star review is the rest of the package really. The game runs at a resolution larger than my iPhone XRs screen so when moving to the right, I often accidentally close the app. The hit boxes are awful- I often felt I was hit due to no fault of my own. The camera regularly isn’t in a position for me to be able to see what I’m looking at, meaning I can’t always tell if I’m looking at a bottomless pit or not. I think the movement could be expanded on as well, like holding the jump button to jump higher etc. It just needs to be more fluid. These issues made the game almost unplayable for me and I couldn’t manage to get past the third stage. I played through the whole game in like 1 hour and it was maybe the best 1 hour ever. I loved every aspect of the game and the features like the piano which was playable were all great. In total this is a masterpiece.
