## What is Lila?

Lila is a calm daily companion for people who want a little more presence without another complicated habit tracker.

Each day, Lila offers four soft anchors:

Mind - a thought, note, or idea
Body - a small act of movement
Soul - a moment of play, music, or creation
Haven - a gentle way to care for your space

Open the app or glance at your Home Screen or Lock Screen widget to see what is next. Mark an anchor complete, write what you actually did, and Lila can save it as a future suggestion. At the end of the day, add a short reflection and build a private history of the moments you returned to yourself.

Lila is intentionally light. No feeds. No pressure-heavy streaks. No crowded dashboards. Just small actions, warm reminders, personal rituals, and a beautiful place to begin again.
