I mean thank heavens it was only a small sum of money, but now my family and I cannot even get the basics. Then got an email that I would have never found if I wasn’t looking for something else saying my account was being shut down and there is nothing I can do about it. Called customer service, they wouldn’t give me a reason. No notification on the app, nothing different in my recent activity. A shame and I would suggest bigger banks over this now unfortunately. I also was never called back by customer service in the 24-48 hours they told me to expect a call from a manager to learn more about the issue. The “1 minute wait time” on my first call was more like 5-10 minutes. Just not a trustworthy company imo ### 1/5 — Closed my account after depositing a check *2025-11-17, version 25.11.3* Approved my account. Like Monday late! Worse case Tuesday.. and every-time I call Lili customer service… they have no idea what happened. My account was closed with no prior warning and i only realized when the system i use to xfer funds alerted me that the account was closed. I have not received a check with the funds from my account and im now trying to retrieve money that Lili stole.
