I tried to place another order and the app was telling me the security code of my credit card was wrong and it was correct, couldn’t place my third order. ### 1/5 — App is awful!! *2025-09-30* The app continuously logs me out of my account as well as completely refreshes itself when I’m in the middle of browsing. Just a few minutes ago I was In the middle of browsing and had to put my phone down for a few minutes. When I got back to my phone, it had kicked me out and brought me back to the home page. I had already spent a good deal of time scrolling so I had to try and find my place again. Super frustrating that y’all can’t get this app to perform correctly! Edited to add how terrible this company is! Placed 2 orders through the sale. The first one apparently never went through despite me receiving an order number and them taking my money. The second order apparently got “lost in transit” - though I never received any tracking info so I doubt the order even got processed. Absolutely the worst customer service. I saw they were offering a gift with purchase and I wanted to use my coupon and gift card. When I went to check out and put my coupon code In, they took the free gift out of my tote.
