## What is Lily?

Lily is a calm, simple tracker for the moments that are hardest to remember when caring for a baby.

BREASTFEED WITHOUT THE MENTAL MATHS
Start a peaceful full-screen timer, switch between left and right with one tap, pause whenever you need to, and save both sides as one feeding session. Optional ambient sounds and gentle voice guidance help make the moment feel less clinical.

RECORD BOTTLE FEEDS IN A FEW TAPS
Record breast milk, formula, mixed milk, or another feed. Choose a familiar amount, adjust it quickly, and reuse a previous feeding pattern instead of filling in the same form again.

WET AND DIRTY DIAPERS, COVERED
Log a wet, dirty, or combined diaper with one tap. Add a note only when it is useful.

USEFUL ANSWERS AT A GLANCE
See feeds, bottle totals, nursing duration, average time between feeds, wet diapers, and dirty diapers for the past 24 hours. Seven-day summaries make common check-up questions easier to answer.

CALM TRACKING FOR TIRED PARENTS
• No schedules or calendar to manage
• A simple newest-first history
• Quick repeat for familiar feeds
• Millilitres or ounces
• Sixteen supported languages
• Everything stored locally on your device
• No account required

Lily provides descriptive tracking only and does not offer medical advice. Follow your baby’s cues and guidance from your healthcare professional.
