This is the second one this week it’s like every two weeks every three weeks. I set a rule for myself…only one charge a day and no more than $1.99. When I suddenly found more than $300.00 on my credit card, I investigated. What I found shocked me. Every day that I made a $1.99 purchased, I was charged the same amount six, seven, eight times. Follow up for two days proved to be a total wast of time. I had a group, which I paid for that I have been managing for years and the last update made it so I can’t use my iPhone and iPad causing me to have to log in and out to access my group. Four days ago it all went to hell. I logged into my iPad and my name and group were gone. I have contact support to see it they can restore my game to before this mess started but no one is helping. I can do a search and see my group but now I don’t even show as a member of my own group. I have deleted the app and reloaded it but nothing works and the support is a joke at this point. I have been on the game since 2022 and invested a lot of time and money in it.
