### 5/5 — Limber amazing

*2023-08-01*

I have to say that this app was a game changer for me. I was so used to getting these little pieces of paper and by the time you got home, you could barely remember how the exercise went. This was wonderful. It kept me on track and showed me exactly through the videos how I had to move. Continue to remind me to use my core. This really gave me more help then going to physical therapy.

### 5/5 — Limber Physical Therapy and Carolina PT

*2023-07-28*

I have just completed my physical therapy with Limber exercises at home. I have found the exercises very helpful and useful in my healing. I did 6 weeks of physical therapy as well as 9 weeks of Limber exercises at home. Lindsay checked with me weekly with encouragement and suggestions on how to utilize the program to my health advantage. She was always pleasant and efficient. The therapists I had at Carolina Physical Therapy (Ben, Phil and Jayna, as well as assistant Kyle) were professional, personable, efficient and knowledgeable. I received great results from my physical therapy.

### 5/5 — Great exercises

*2023-07-21*

I enjoyed my time on Limber and the exercises I was given. When I had a problem with one of them my very friendly therapist Lisa was right there to walk me through it. She was great at cheering me on when I was down. Very helpful to keep me going! Very good experience.

### 5/5 — TKR PT experience

*2023-07-13*

A big thank you to Brianna and Limber for being a valuable tool in the process of rehabbing from TKR. Brianna was supportive and kept me motivated and grounded. Although we never met I feel like Brianna is a friend and I am very grateful for the time and effort she put into helping me recover from a big surgery. Thank you.

### 5/5 — Limber app

*2023-07-07*

My time working with Lindsay Z. on maximizing the PT experience through Limber was extremely helpful. The regular contact and suggestions to tweak exercises allowed a forward trajectory to accomplish my goals. Lindsay was very empathetic and encouraging and kept me on track throughout the timeframe I had with Limber. Still working on the exercises and modifications that Lindsay recommended. Thankful that my on-site therapist recommended using the Limber app.

### 5/5 — Amazing app

*2023-06-11*

I was pleased with the convenience of the app and the support I received from Lisa. Being able to complete my physical therapy from the comfort of my home helped to ensure completion and not take away from my job hours. Lisa was extremely support and gave me great tips. She checked and often reminded me she was only a call away.

### 5/5 — Easy to use, videos are helpful

*2023-05-18*

I’ve done lots of PT over the years, and I appreciated the ease of this app coupled with the phone checkins with Lisa, my therapist. A great combination ! Some of the exercises seem to go on a bit long with so many sets. I would like a way to enter other activities like an extended swim or walk or session with a trainer - to give my therapist a view if everything I was doing. But overall, this is a great , use anywhere, simple to follow, helpful program. I also enjoyed the additional videos.

### 5/5 — Ivy Rehab & Limber

*2023-05-01*

I would like to take the time to tell you how happy I am with your program & my coach Greg.
I have actually finished my PT with Ivy Rehab in Lacey, NJ for a torn rotator cuff surgery. Everyone in Ivy was concerned, caring & extremely knowledgeable . Then I found out it’s carried further into my home with the Limber program. I loved the videos to follow but especially enjoyed having a caring coach “Greg” to get me through it. Always available to answer any questions, always encouraging during our weekly calls & sent motivational messages & quotes in between.
I had bilateral knee replacement & then obviously PT after with a different PT.
It was nothing like the care I received & help along the way with Limber.
I now have a program from Limber that I’m following at home to strengthen my shoulder.
Thanks for everything
Sincerely
Anne Gennarelli

### 5/5 — Limber Health App

*2023-04-20*

I am very pleased with the Limber App and my Care Navigator Lindsay Z. from Limber Health. The app helped me with making sure I was doing the exercises correctly. Lindsay Z. Was very supportive providing encouragement and was very professional. She was very helpful with her responses to my questions regarding the app and the exercises.

Thank you Lindsay Z and Limber Health.

### 5/5 — In appreciation of Care Navigator!

*2023-04-13*

My experience with the Limber App has been overwhelmingly positive! Limber has provided me with personal purpose and accountability during my time in physical therapy as well as post physical therapy. I must also share that my personal Care Navigator, from Limber Health, Lindsay Z was an outstanding presence during my physical therapy as well as after. She provided support, energy, care, encouragement, accountability, and professionalism. I greatly credit her with my continuance of daily exercise post physical therapy as she continued to serve as my Care Navigator for 30 days after physical therapy.

Greatly appreciated!

### 5/5 — Very helpful

*2023-03-31, version 1.1.0*

I just finished my therapy with my face to face and limber app.
It was very helpful having Brianna, my limber support person available to me.
The combination of exercises complimented my face to face routine.
I was very happy with the support I received.

### 5/5 — Limber keeps me on track

*2023-03-30, version 1.1.0*

I have been going to rehab 2-3 times per week for about 4 months for various problems with my neck & shoulders. Before Limber, I was encouraged to do a series of stretches outlined on paper given to me by my therapist. I tried to keep up with them, not always successfully. When I was offered the Limber program, I was skeptical at first. Then I began using it. The exercises are on video, with a timer built in. You watch the person do the exercise as you’re doing it with them. I began using the app when I was at rehab. Miranda, my care navigator, called me every week to see how I was doing. She gave suggestions based on what the app was showing I had accomplished. I found it fun, and motivating! Unfortunately, my supplemental insurance doesn’t cover the cost & I had to leave Limber. I miss the interaction with Miranda, and the motivation she gave me. I’m not exercising at home anymore. C’mon, Aetna, Limber makes me healthier!

*2023-03-20, version 1.1.0*

I recently used the limber program for my shoulder replacement. Ashley my therapist was wonderful she helped me through any concerns I had. This is a great program it keeps you committed to do your therapy you speak with your therapist once a week

### 5/5 — Well worth the time and effort!

*2023-03-15, version 1.1.0*

My physical therapist signed me up for Limber and it was an important part of my healing from a meniscus tear. The at home program complimented the in person therapy. It accelerated my range of motion and stamina improvement. Shout out to Nicole for her assistance!!

### 5/5 — My Limber experience

*2023-03-08, version 1.1.0*

I recently used the Limber app as part of my rehab therapy. This online program is a great addition to the traditional in person rehab. The app was easy to use, the animated videos helpful in showing correct body mechanics. I especially liked being able to quickly check in, log my exercises as completed and see the progress chart. There is also a remote care navigator who checks in weekly to offer additional support and answer any questions you might have. I highly recommend making use of this program if given the option.

### 5/5 — Limber health app

*2023-03-02, version 1.1.0*

I am very grateful for the Limber app and my virtual therapist Greg Rybeck at Limber as well as my therapist Olivia at Ivy PT. I am so pleased with this app as it keeps you on target with your therapy program ,(which was so kindly downloaded by Olivia) plus the fact that it can be accessed at anytime. Greg has been an awesome virtual therapist keeping track of my daily routine associated with my program and is always available for any concerns and questions. This program is an absolute plus for anyone trying to achieve their therapy goals. With that said , I believe anyone in rehab would greatly benefit by using this program. Thank you Limber for this great app.

### 5/5 — D. N. Hennings

*2023-02-27, version 1.1.0*

The Limber exercise protocols have helped me to maintain muscle strength during the months-long lead up to spine surgery, which because of lumbar disk compression and growing sciatic nerve pain has finally become necessary. Thanks to April Neukum, my long-distance therapist, for her continuing help, her accessibility, and her encouragement. I would recommend the Limber program to anyone in my situation.

### 5/5 — Limber Exercises

*2023-02-18, version 1.1.0*

A few weeks after a procedure on my elbow, I was started on a Limber exercise program with Lisa as my PT navigator. The Limber app is easy to use, and it was helpful to have each exercise clearly explained and demonstrated. Lisa kept me on task with weekly check-ins and gentle nudges when needed. The chat feature was very useful. The exercises were modified as my elbow improved. On several occasions, I lost the recording of an exercise session when it crossed midnight. Overall, my experience with Limber and Lisa as my navigator has been excellent.

### 5/5 — Great program

*2023-02-18, version 1.1.0*

Just completed my program and could not be happier with the results. My therapist Lisa was very knowledgeable and very nice.

Wonderful that you can do this program at home and get great results. Very pleased.

### 5/5 — Motivated me to succeed!

*2023-02-15, version 1.1.0*

Sonja, a Physical Therapist at Limber stayed with me during my shoulder rehab from surgery, where I had two anchors placed and a biceps tendonesis. She and Eddie (my local PT) collaborated on specific exercises tailored for each area needing help. The app’s ability to be modified by them as I progressed was especially important, as my needs changed. It was good to have someone check on you and help, so motivating! Also good that a trained therapist would spend time answering questions and offering feedback on any concerns I had.
Being able to watch video examples on the app was perfect as I transitioned from one level of recovery to the next. Thank you Limber!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Impossible to set up

*2023-01-18, version 1.1.0*

The app won’t recognize the password I selected. I tried the forgotten password feature twice and never got an email. I entered my access code twice and got invalid code messages twice. This app is totally unusable for me. It’s a complete waste of time.

### 2/5 — The App won’t open a tried new Password

*2022-06-08, version 1.0.7*

My support person has been professional understanding.Help me get reconnected so I can continue my program

### 5/5 — Amazing!

*2024-04-29*

Having experienced pt many times, I was somewhat skeptical of an online program but I was delighted with the Limber program and my coach, Lisa Golden.
The exercises were clearly given and easy to follow. I could feel the improvement as I progressed. The only change I would make is to be able to vary the order and speed -as even as I timed my exercises myself , some exercises needed more and others less time .
That said, if it weren’t for Lisa’s encouragement and check-ins I might not have completed the program on my own. Lisa was knowledgeable, concerned and encouraging. Her humanity and compassion gave the personal touch to the impersonality of the program. Lisa was excellent.
The overall experience was very positive and I would happily use Limber again. CFM

### 5/5 — Convenient and professional

*2024-02-16*

The option to complete photography without fighting traffic and paying for parking was too good to pass up. The exercises presented in the app were clear and Lindsay (the PT) checked in routinely and asked all the right questions. I’m going to miss talking with her — but she has assured me that she’ll stay available as/if needed. I would definitely recommend Limber to anyone who feels they can commit to a program that doesn’t require in person visit.

### 5/5 — Limber Review

*2024-01-31*

In November 2023 I had arthroscopic surgery on my shoulder. In conjunction with my physical therapy appointments twice per week after surgery, I had the pleasure of receiving additional information and support from Caitlin, PT Care Navigator, from Limber Health. Caitlin called each week to go over my progress and answer any questions I had. Caitlin encouraged me to contact her between our calls if I had questions and she displayed a genuine interest in my recovery. She is very professional and personable.
I highly recommend Limber Health to supplement their in-person physical therapy program.

### 5/5 — Home Health

*2024-01-19*

My care navigator, Greg , was very positive and encouraging with me. He checked in with me twice a week either by text or through a phone conversation. He always asked how he could help. I appreciated his concern, help, and positivity. It was nice to have someone go over your progress with you.

I really liked the videos; it was so much nicer than doing exercises using sheets of paper to follow. I am glad I did my physical therapy faithfully, along with using the Limber Health app for my home exercises. I would definitely recommend people to try Limber Health when recovering from an orthopedic surgery.

### 5/5 — Great support

*2024-01-11*

Having the support from Danielle, my Limber therapist, kept me on task for better results. She would text or call me to check in with my progress and address any issues.
The app is a program that was designed by an in-person therapist just for me. Definitely motivated me and got me to do it!!
Highly recommended!

### 5/5 — Limber

*2023-12-30*

I was skeptical at first about having a remote therapist, but it worked out well. I am usually good about doing exercises, but using the app did force me to slow down and do them more efficiently. Talking with Lisa weekly was enjoyable and helpful. I was able to talk about how to tweak exercises to work best for me and it did keep me accountable.

### 5/5 — A great way to do PT

*2023-12-07*

I admit to being skeptical at first, but I have found that the well-designed progression of the exercises combined with the personal support available by chat or phone when needed has been very effective in encouraging me to participate consistently in physical therapy. Not to mention that the exercises can be done at a time convenient to you, with no need to worry about traffic or parking! Does this completely replace in-person physical therapy? I would say no where there is uncertainty as to what the underlying problem is, but once the dysfunction is identified, this program is very effective at addressing it. Both of the PTs who worked with me were knowledgeable, engaging, good listeners and gently encouraging. 👍

### 5/5 — Feeling Good

*2023-10-24*

Having been used to going to a brick and mortar PT location, I wasn’t sure what type of experience I would have using the Limber app. I’m feeling good and have been discharged. The videos and instructions were clear and along with the help of my personal therapist, made it even easier. I did have a few glitches, but they were taken care of and really didn’t interfere with doing my exercises. I also liked that I could do the exercises on my schedule and even though I’ve been discharged, I still have access to all the exercises whenever needed. If you’re vigilant at doing your routine, this is the way to go. But I must say, I also had a wonderful, knowledgeable, and caring therapist, Lisa. She listened, guided, and supported me throughout the whole process and owe a lot of my recovery to her.

### 5/5 — Limber Review

*2023-09-12*

I have been receiving treatment at Team Rehab for pain in my shoulders. I admitted to my doctor that my problem is compliance doing the therapy at home and I subsequently had pain again. He indicated physical therapy was integral to shoulder recovery and ordered me to go back to Team Rehab. He stated that I must commit to a home plan. I was treated again by Francis, a wonderful therapist, and had very good progress but still struggled with home exercise. I was signed up for Limber which is covered by my Medicare. It is awesome. There is a video showing a person completing the exercise and the video continues as long as specified by the physical therapist. I can see how much time I have to go. My form is correct as I’m watching someone doing it beside me. My full-time Care Navigator Greg was a true cheerleader helping me through my program. I had regular phone meetings with him to discuss my progress and intermittent positive messages. I am being discharged from Team Rehab but I can use the Limber app indefinitely and it will be invaluable in remaining compliant with my home program. I’m lucky to have received this valuable resource. - Angie C

### 5/5 — Limber Health Did a Great Job!

*2023-08-24*

I had a total hip replacement on 24 May 2023. Since then I had the benefit during my rehab of working with Jenn at Fyzical on Physical Therapy, my coach Greg who called me every week to see how I was doing from Limber Health I think and an app on my phone called “Limber” which had a daily check in to report your pain level, a home exercise program designed just for you from my PT Jenn and a chat function that I could use any time I wanted and I knew my coach Greg would be checking it regularly. Greg even posted on the chat function regularly every weekend something motivational, usually a joke or something positive from the newspaper or something he came across. I have got to say that the combination of Jenn from Fyzical and Greg from Limber is why my recovery has gone so well. Of course I also had to put in the work, but with Greg’s positive attitude and his enthusiasm and Jenn’s hands on work, you did not want to disappoint either of them. I couldn’t be happier with the support I have had. It has really been a pleasure. Charlie Cotter
