### 3/5 — Could Be Better

*2026-05-21*

App is great for tracking sessions and videos keep your pace. However, there is so much room for opportunity.

-Ability to skip AND go back to exercises. If I’m on the ground, I’m not getting up and going back down just because of the order of videos
-Ability to re-order exercises so you don’t have to switch equipment/positions
-Ability to replay/rewatch and exercise. Sometimes I can’t hit pause and get distracted and then I’m just out of luck for that video.

### 2/5 — Unable to setup account

*2026-05-19, version 3.41.0*

Bug in password creation (under registration)

### 2/5 — it’s okay

*2026-05-03, version 3.41.0*

It’s constantly kicking me out of the app and logging me out

### 1/5 — FaceID login just creates a loop

*2026-05-03, version 3.41.0*

FaceID sets off automatically, but then just brings me to the main screen with the options of login or register, over and over

### 1/5 — Update broke app

*2026-05-03, version 3.41.0*

Most recent update broke the app. Password is accepted but then logs me back out

### 1/5 — Update 3 days ago blocks log in

*2026-05-03, version 3.41.0*

App worked great until 3 days ago. Apparently your recent update that locks me out of being able to log in. Log in, authenticate, log in, authenticate. Please fix!

### 2/5 — App stop working

*2026-05-03, version 3.41.0*

My Physical Therapist told me the app would continue to after I finished my PT. But 2 days after it stopped working because of this your app sucks I paid slit for PT I should still get the use of the app

### 4/5 — Significant Login Issues

*2026-05-03*

This app is very useful when it works, but for several days I have been unable to log in. When I log in, it just loops back to the login page after asking if I want to use biometrics. I wish it would stop asking about biometrics. Obviously I don’t want to use them. I also wish the “check in” rating was more nuanced.

### 1/5 — Must have biometric

*2026-05-02, version 3.41.0*

The most recent version of the app forces you to use biometrics or it stops working. It’s an exercise app. It has pictures of strangers doing exercises and counting them out for you. And for this reason we must have biometric access setup. This is a ridiculous use of brain cells.

### 1/5 — Awful Access

*2026-04-30, version 3.41.0*

This app would not allow myself or my health care provider to set up properly. It’s absurd to delay healing simply because of this app when I only have a small window to regain mobility. Customer service is not an option, given an email only with no response. I am very disappointed with the app as well as my provider.

### 1/5 — Can’t log partial sessions

*2026-04-24, version 3.38.0*

You can’t log a partial session in the app.
You can’t uncheck a session that was accidentally marked as completed.
You can’t select only certain exercises instead of a full (30 plus minute) session.
You can play a session and skip exercises, but they will be logged as completed and won’t be listed to do later that day.

MedBridge GO was much better in these regards.

### 1/5 — Terrible app

*2026-04-22, version 3.38.0*

Can’t save by exercise, can’t change reps, can’t print hard copy, audio controls hi jacked. Can’t watch a single video. Poorly designed.

### 1/5 — Can’t register to use…

*2026-04-16, version 3.38.0*

I’m supposed to use this app but I can’t get past the registration even though I’m entering the correct information. I’ve contacted support 3x and they send back the same message - to contact my provider to make sure that my information is correct. It is.

### 1/5 — Dark Patterns Used

*2026-04-02*

This app forces the user to accept SMS and other notifications before being allowed to access the app. This is one example of a dark pattern that traps the user into agreeing to or doing something they don’t want to do as there are no options to choose other than just not using the app. This is unacceptable especially in this day and age of data leaks, fraud, scams, and phishing attempts. I’ve read other reviews that the mobile device’s MAC address is collected. Why? No explanation from the developer. Perhaps this is standard practice but why is this necessary for an exercise app? A free app that collects this type of information and traps the user into the company’s preferences is questionable at best. You, reader, do not have to accept this treatment and you should be aware of dark patterns in all apps regardless how innocuous it seems and regardless if your physical therapy provider recommends. Protect yourselves..

### 4/5 — Pretty good but won’t let you play music

*2026-03-21*

Overall I like the app, it works well and shows you what you need to do. A couple of improvements could be made though.
1. Allow me to play music while my exercise is going. Really boring to sit in silence and do my stretches. Find myself focusing on the pain rather than getting distracted by music or a podcast.
2. Allow me to select an exercise to do, even if it’s out of order. Sometimes I’ll do an exercise without the app and want to mark that one as done, but you can’t get to it unless you’ve done the exercises before it.

### 1/5 — Unnecessary password length

*2026-03-17, version 3.37.0*

Password should be no longer than 5 didgits max. Rating should be 0 stars

### 1/5 — Buggy

*2026-03-08, version 3.37.0*

I downloaded this app for my at-home physical therapy exercises and the app randomly crashed and now won’t start back up without crashing so now I can’t access my exercises

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — forced sms is pathetic

*2026-05-20*

I downloaded this for my PT but got to the screen that forces me to accept your SMS messages. The messages are literally nothing but a notification of new exercise that my doctor already told me about. Because I MUST CONSENT TO USELESS SMS MESSAGES. I can't use the app AT ALL to see videos of the proper form of the exercises. That's pathetic. I'm not cooperating with your marketing campaigns. If you ever decide to respect your users' privacy, I'll reconsider using your app. Until then DELETE.

### 1/5 — Where did my lessons disappear to?

*2026-05-08, version 3.41.0*

I started my limber assignments for this week. I was able to complete one day of them then I went back to the webpage and they disappeared. I have the old exercises, but the one that were downloaded this week. Have all of a sudden gone bye-bye. Webpages like this are never consistent endless. I can go to three different webpages and two will not be working today.

### 1/5 — Was working before new update

*2026-05-04, version 3.41.0*

This app was working fine before this newest update. Can’t log in, tried to register again and keeps going to the login screen. Today it’s stuck on a blank page with a spinning circle for loading. Disappointing

### 1/5 — “NOPE”

*2026-05-03, version 3.41.0*

The app worked great for the first couple logins. Now it is in an eternal loop of wanting me to log in. I’ve reinstalled the app only to have the same issue again and again. “Groundhog Day” uggggg!

### 1/5 — What Happened

*2026-05-03, version 3.41.0*

The app was working fine now it will not allow me to log in it keeps going in a loop asking me to authorize face recognition or fingerprint login if you say not it takes you back to the login page. I uninstalled then reinstalled and the same issue is happening.

### 1/5 — Log in doesn’t work

*2026-05-03, version 3.41.0*

I registered. I have used the app numerous times. But this update won’t let me in to my account. Can’t do my PT and this is not good. Fix it please.

### 1/5 — App is broken

*2026-05-03, version 3.41.0*

The app is stuck on login screen. After I log-in, it just takes me back to the same screen. Also there is no tech support available. I used the app for my PT for a month just fine and then today it just stopped working.

### 1/5 — Trash

*2026-05-03, version 3.41.0*

App is trash, it won’t login. This is a health company?

### 1/5 — Most recent update

*2026-05-03, version 3.41.0*

Makes a delightfully, wonderful daily exercise app utterly useless no longer allows me to log. Whomp whomp. I look forward to your next update

### 1/5 — Update fail!!!

*2026-05-03, version 3.41.0*

Can no longer log in to my app! Cycles through phone login. What a moronic update!!!

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — PT at Home

*2026-05-14*

I have had multiple rounds of PT for hip and knee replacements. This is THE BEST guide for keeping me motivated and for making sure I’m doing my exercises correctly at home!! Thank you. I do wish you could sometimes do half one part of the day and the last half later. You can’t come back in to the middle of the program.

### 5/5 — App issue - great response

*2026-05-05*

I had an issue logging in, turns out they were maintaining the app on a Sunday night and I was just at a bad time.

But I emailed them and they responded right away and explained the issue and everything was resolved.

Helpful app, glad my PT uses it.

### 5/5 — Exercises

*2026-04-20, version 3.38.0*

Luv it .

### 5/5 — My personal trainer

*2026-02-25, version 3.37.0*

I look forward to seeing the person doing the exercises because I can understand better how to do them properly. The vocal reminders during. The exercises help as well. I do appreciate having this in my home because I cannot drive yet. This is an excellent bonus to my recovery. Thanks so much for including this excellent extension of physical therapy.

### 5/5 — Great Communication

*2025-12-31*

Crystal Sauer, my Limber Coach, was knowledgeable, kind and motivating. She worked around my holiday schedule and tailored exercises I could fit into my day. The Limber App is fantastic. It shows you the correct way to do each exercise. I highly recommend Limber Health!

### 5/5 — Great follow up to rehab routine.

*2025-10-18*

This program was a great supplement to my rehabilitation for ankle and knee problems. It provided an exercise regimen that was easy to do at home but was different from my rehab facility. The follow up with a physical therapist was very helpful as they were able to revise my regimen to fit my needs.

In the beginning I was able to stop the video and go to a screen that explained how to perform the exercises. Then return to the exercise. I was able to use the mirror function to follow the exercises on my television.

### 5/5 — Great app

*2025-10-02, version 3.30.0*

This app is so easy to use and aids with accountability during my physical therapy protocol.

### 5/5 — Wonderful app

*2025-09-10*

This app has been so helpful. You can actually see a person doing the exercise correctly and the app gives you tips like “ relax your shoulder and let the weight of your body move you forward”. In addition, I’m in the comfort of my own home and it feels like I have a personal coach with this app. I highly recommend it.

### 5/5 — Really useful app to go along with PT

*2025-08-19*

The app times everything out and shows the workout in real time as I’m doing it! Without the app I would be rushing through the movements rather than at the pace I need for healing. I agree with other reviewers that it would be nice to be able to pause between sets but it’s not a dealbreaker for me. Overall, I find this very useful and it keeps me on track.

### 5/5 — Great way to do home PT

*2025-06-01*

I have enjoyed using this app. It helps to have the instructions before each exercise. Love the visual slider for each exercise and the audio notification. I would really enjoy if you could configure the time in between exercises and sets and also the time when it dings. Doing a five second stretch, it dings once and them immediately after (three seconds left) which isn’t too helpful. The therapist being able to see and adjust exercises is also a great idea.
