With our last CMMS hardly giving us more than a location and number for parts, it was all back and forth between the aisles and a computer, but Limble shows you everything. One of the biggest positives being the outstanding customer support. Not only has our CSM been amazing with the implementation and training, but they have 24/7 live customer support which is great! Great Customer Support! I have been using Limble now for several months and I can honestly say it is helping track all of our maintenance and opening up new avenues of efficiency for my maintenance team. We use it for our Maintenance Work Orders, and vendor management with work orders. I would be completely lost without it, because we get a ton of work orders. This software not only keeps us on track, but gives a great understanding of where and what is going on before we get to the site. I hope the company that I work for refuses to pay for Limble for the last couple of months, because we have lost so many hours of work time due to the app not working properly. There are literally hundreds of PMs that haven’t been completed this year, because they are all done through Limble. Makes it just about impossible to use. ### 1/5 — Almost useless *2024-02-14, version 2.2.5* App is slow to say the least and buggy. It uses the camera/microphone when open even when not needed. It needs to be forced closed frequently.
