It regularly resets my connection to my Company and Apple health so it’s no longer tracking your steps. Additionally, to view anything such as points accrued, you have to go through about 3 to 4 authentication steps to log in to what is essentially your corporate browser. And now I’m trying to log in and it’s stuck in an infinite loop where I enter my org’s SSO credentials and the app dumps me back at the screen to enter my org’s name again. This is terrible. My company uses it as a fitness and wellness incentive and if they didn’t pay cash to track things I would never consider using this. The tracker constantly makes mistakes. Seems it is probably $ perspective that companies want to make it more difficult for employees to access them, and in that case what’s the point of paying for this service. This is not a user friendly app and doesn’t work how it should. Way too many login screens within the app after already logging in.
