## What is LimeTime?

LimeTime turns screen time into something your kids earn, save, and spend wisely — like a bank, but for time.

Instead of arguing about devices, give your family a simple shared system: kids build up a time balance by doing chores and routines, then spend it on screen time with a built-in timer. Everyone can see the balance, the history, and what's fair.

WHY PARENTS LOVE IT
• A clear "time bank" balance for each kid — no more guesswork
• Start and stop a screen-time timer that withdraws from the balance automatically. Apps remain locked until kids start the timer.
• Multiple devices can share one account and stay signed in at the same time. Parents can also remotely manage their child’s screen use from their own phone.
• Reward good habits with routines (recurring deposits) and contracts (chores for time)
• Approve or decline your kids' requests for more time
• A full statement of every deposit and withdrawal
• Separate parent controls protected by a PIN

BUILT FOR FAMILIES
• Add multiple kids, each with their own avatar, color, and passcode
• Switch between an easy kid view and full parent controls
• Works in English and 简体中文

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• No ads. No third-party tracking. No selling your data.
• You can permanently delete your account and all data anytime, right in the app.

Set up your family bank in minutes and make screen time something everyone can agree on.

Critical bug fix — Ensure enforcement stays active during app shut down and device reboot.

### 2.0.1 — 2026-07-31

Screen time you can actually enforce — on iPhone and iPad, the time bank now blocks the apps.

Real screen-time enforcement (iOS) — using Apple's Screen Time system, the apps you choose stay blocked on your child's device until they spend minutes from their balance. Open a game with an empty balance and it's blocked; start a timer and it opens; when the time runs out, it locks again. Set it up under Parent → Settings → Screen time enforcement: allow access, pick the apps, and you're done. Apple keeps your app choices private — LimeTime never sees which apps you picked.

Clean up the chat — parents can now delete messages. In Family chat, tap Select (or long-press a message), pick the ones to remove, and delete them for the whole family. Handy when a kid gets a little too spicy.

Minor UI enhancement and bug fix.
