I really appreciate that along with blocking certain apps and websites, it allows me to add a minimum time limit to apps that boost my productivity and oversell being. I think this allows us to take one bad habit and replace it with a good habit. It’s also free which is a major reason why I decided to try it because I am trying to cut down on my spending as much as possible.
