Submitted a point credit for a Phoenix purchase and was never acted on after providing all receipts. I found out the system was down after the purchase. The readers at the gas stations were constantly down. The Phoenix loyalty program called Limitless using this particular app is a farce. The App itself is hard to navigate and nothing for Phoenix to be proud of because their literally using it as a disguise for a loyalty program. There is nothing here “loyal”… ### 1/5 — Qr Code for points *2024-01-12, version 1.6.9* Hope you can remove the time limit for having the qr code. I would like to suggest that if possible, the qr code can be saved on the wallet app on iphone. ### 1/5 — Can’t login via google account - route to registration page *2023-08-03, version 1.6.8* Inconvenience.
