Expects higher volume of people that will avail your promo and you need to accommodate all of them. We ended up nothing. POOR SYSTEM. Poor customer service. This month, they have this #LimitlessFreedomSale by 12midnight of 12th June where you can buy tons of vouchers, they even sent text messages to their subscribers to get ready, fully charged phone, stable connection etc. I opened the app around 11:50pm of 11th June and it is working fine. But came 11:55pm and the app won’t open anymore. It just kept on loading no matter how I tried (I had stable connection both wifi and data) but the app won’t just work. If it opens, it’s just a blank white screen. To this company, don’t ever advise your subscribers to get ready when you and your app aren’t. Submitted a point credit for a Phoenix purchase and was never acted on after providing all receipts. I found out the system was down after the purchase. The readers at the gas stations were constantly down. The Phoenix loyalty program called Limitless using this particular app is a farce. The App itself is hard to navigate and nothing for Phoenix to be proud of because their literally using it as a disguise for a loyalty program. There is nothing here “loyal”… ### 1/5 — Qr Code for points *2024-01-12, version 1.6.9* Hope you can remove the time limit for having the qr code. I would like to suggest that if possible, the qr code can be saved on the wallet app on iphone. ### 1/5 — Can’t login via google account - route to registration page *2023-08-03, version 1.6.8* Inconvenience.
