You just click and it does nothing. Last update was 7 months ago at the time of this review, so that’s pretty insane. No find a dentist option that I can find on their website, so I just have to check multiple times a day for several days to see if the feature is going to work. ### 1/5 — Broken *2020-10-23, version 1.0.4* It’s dental insurance... not my tax records or bank info. I’m not sure why I have to jump through a million hoops to log in... and put in a text confirmation code every time... only to be logged back out. This app is not worth the hassle. I wish I had read reviews before downloading and wasting my life. Especially when it’s a poorly designed app with no real functionality other that holding my insurance cards. Also, if you need information don’t bother calling Lincoln directly. They cannot help you with the app and worse than that they cannot help you anticipate fees. They can’t call that department. No one can! It was like a scene from the movie The Rainmaker! When I click on the field for my username, it blanks out and takes me to my phones home screen. ### 1/5 — Worthless *2019-09-20* After enduring the uncalled for lengthy sign in process, this app does absolutely nothing. It won’t load any information, just the spinning circle. You guys pulled a trick on us with this app. Sad thing is, the full website isn’t any better. It would be nice not to have to use dual authentication to log in, but I guess it’s important since there’s protected data in the app. ### 5/5 — WOW!! *2021-07-23* This is very useful.
