I’m unable to access the app because it continues to display “Update Required,” but does not tell what update.  Please tell me what hardware and iOS is required.

As a financial advisor, I have used many online banking systems and mobile bank apps. This is the worst. If you’re looking for technology and 21st century banking, run to another bank. Sometimes local and small does not translate into best service.

I am having problems with the new app. Bill Pay and debit card balances are some of the issues. Thank G-D that you have very good tellers and employees at the 94 Saint Charles location. They are very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

I tried four times to deposit this check and it kept telling me my amount did not match the picture. Well it did. Please work on this site. It’s very frustrating.
